In situ synthesis of manganese(III) complexes under control: Crystal structure and magnetic properties

► Three Mn(III) compounds have been synthesized via in situ ligands transformation. ► In the presence/absence of N3-, the di-/mononuclear Mn(III) compounds were formed. ► The crystal structure and magnetic properties of these complexes have been studied.
