Genetic stability and DNA fingerprinting of the Hemarthria compressa cultivar “Guangyi”

- Genetic stability of the whip grass cultivar “Guangyi” was detected by SRAP and ISSR.
- We constructed DNA fingerprint profiles of three cultivars of whip grass.
- Each of the cultivars we studied had a unique fingerprinting pattern.
