One novel nortriterpene and other constituents from Eupatorium fortunei Turcz.

► One novel triterpene, along with seven known compounds were isolated from Eupatorium fortunei. ► Compound 1 is rare in natural ursane-type triterpenoid. ► These eight compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time. ► This is also the first report of the presence of these eight compounds from the genus Eupatorium.
