Terpenoids from Pinus densata Mast. and their chemotaxonomic significance

► Two sesquiterpenoids and eighteen diterpenoids were isolated from Pinus densata for the first time. ► Two eudesmane sesquitserpenoids and two hydroperoxide diterpenoids are first reported from the genus Pinus. ►The presence of eudesmane sesquiterpenoid and hydroperoxide diterpenoid will be chemotaxonomically significant for P.densata.
