A new triterpenoid and other constituents from the stem bark of Juglans mandshurica

► One new triterpenoid and eight known compounds were purified from Juglans mandshurica. ► Structures were elucidated on the basis of spectroscopic evidence and X-ray analysis. ► Chemotaxonomic significance of the isolates was discussed.
