Genetic divergence in the snorkel snail, Rhiostoma housei, a species complex in Thailand (Caenogastropoda: Cyclophoridae)

► We investigated genetic structure in the snorkel snail, Rhiostoma housei. ► Fixed allelic differences obtained for each combination of allopatric samples. ► A high genetic heterogeneity and genetic distances was found among samples. ► These results suggest the presence of cryptic species under the name R. housei.
