Biological evaluation of some new N-(2,6-dimethoxypyrimidinyl) thioureido benzenesulfonamide derivatives as potential antimicrobial and anticancer agents

Novel series of thiourea derivatives bearing a sulfonamide moiety were synthesized. The most potent compounds in cytotoxic activity 3b and 3p were docked inside the active site of CAIX.103
