Co1 and Co2 exhibited selective cytotoxicity to SK-OV-3/DDP. They were telomerase inhibitor targeting c-myc, telomere, bcl-2 G4s, and triggering cell senescence and apoptosis. Co2 displayed high in vivo antitumor activity.223
