Synthesis, characterization, crystal structure determination and biological screening of novel N-1 and C5 alkyl substituted scaffolds of pyrimidine

The novel N-1 and C5 alkyl substituted derivatives of pyrimidine were synthesized, characterised along with crystal structure determination and biological screening is reported.
