Design and optimization of hybrid of 2,4-diaminopyrimidine and arylthiazole scaffold as anticancer cell proliferation and migration agents

SAR analysis resulted in the discovery of hybridation of 2,4-diaminopyrimidine and arylthiazole derivatives with potent antiproliferation and antimigration on both cancer cell lines, and the mechanism was discussed.
