Novel myricetin derivatives: Design, synthesis and anticancer activity

Novel myricetin derivatives were designed and synthesized. Compound 6d showed the most potent telomerase inhibitory activity and clearly down-regulated the expression of p65 and TERT as obtained by western blot.
