Design, synthesis, in vitro antiproliferative evaluation, and kinase inhibitory effects of a new series of imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole derivatives

A series of new imidazo[2,1-b]thiazole derivatives was synthesized. Their in vitro antiproliferative activities against 57 cancer cell lines, and kinase inhibition studies are reported.
