The design and synthesis of new hybrid architecture in the search of novel antifilarial agents is described. Compound 4n: IC50 = 0.9 μM (for adult worms assessed by motility assay). Ivermectin: IC50 = 3.05 μM (for adult worms assessed by motility assay).
