Synthesis and in vitro stability of nucleoside 5′-phosphonate derivatives

► A class of nucleoside derivatives was synthesized. ► Three derivatives were identified as weak inhibitors of platelets aggregation. ► Two derivatives showed high stability in human plasma and in rat liver homogenate.
