A facile synthesis of carbocycle-fused mono and bis-1,2,3-selenadiazoles and their antimicrobial and antimycobacterial studies

► Novel mono and bis-selenadiazoles have been synthesized with chemoselectivity by controlling the reagents employed. ► The newly synthesized compounds have been screened for their antitubercular activity. ► They have also been tested for their antimicrobial activity.
