Asymptotically uniform motions of a gyrostat about an inclined axis under potential and gyroscopic forces

The sufficient conditions for asymptotically uniform motions about an inclined axis to exist in the problem of the motion of a gyrostat under potential and gyroscopic forces are obtained using Lyapunov's first method.
