Relation between Nd2Fe14B grain alignment and coercive force decrease ratio in NdFeB sintered magnets

► Coercive force of NdFeB sintered magnets decreases as grains alignment improves. ► Coercive force decrease ratio reaches −30% at the perfect aligned magnet. ►These experimental results are different from the Stoner-Wohlfarth model. ► The magnetic domain wall motion could explain this coercive force decrease ratio.
