Dielectric properties of novel PVA/ZnO hybrid nanocomposite films

► The novel hybrid PVA/ZnO nanocomposites were prepared using triethanolamine. ► 0.5 wt.% of hybrid PVA/ZnO nanocomposites shows high conductivity. ► The variation of conductivity was observed due to dipole relaxation process. ► These composites act as lossless materials above 106 Hz.
