Dynamics of multi-frequency oscillator ensembles with resonant coupling

► Kuramoto model is generalized on the case of resonantly interacting oscillators having frequency ratio 2:1. ► Regimes of full and partial synchrony, as well as non-synchronous ones are reported. ► Analytical description is developed on the basis of the Watanabe-Strogatz approach.
