Evaluation of spectral line width of atoms in liquid helium

► We study the change of the resonant transitions of Alkali atoms in liquid Helium. ► Our model allows fully relativistic ab initio calculations of the line width of such a transition. ► Comparison with experiment for Rb and Cs is nearly complete.
