Analysis of intermetallic swelling on the behavior of a hybrid solution for compressed hydrogen storage - Part II: Finite element method simulation

► We aim at modeling a hybrid vessel for hydrogen storage response using FE simulation. ► The structure is made of a metal liner, an hydride and a composite reinforcement. ► The effect of a local hydride swelling on the structure is studied. ► A relaxation effect in case of an anisotropic swelling is expected.
