Global existence and asymptotic behavior for one-dimensional thermoelasticity of integral type with hyperbolic heat conduction

We consider an initial boundary value problem for thermoelasticity of integral type with hyperbolic heat conduction. We show that for small initial data in H1H1-norm, there exist globally defined solutions which are exponentially stable in bounded spatial domains.
