LpLp compactness of inhomogeneous kinetic equation with rough force

We are concerned with the inhomogeneous kinetic equations with rough force. LpLp compactness of the inhomogeneous kinetic equation with rough force is constructed by using phase space analysis and the Fourier multiplier method.
