Low-regularity solutions of the periodic general Degasperis–Procesi equation

This paper studies low-regularity solutions of the periodic general Degasperis–Procesi equation with an initial value. The existence and the uniqueness of solutions are proved. The results are illustrated by considering the periodic peakons of the periodic general Degasperis–Procesi equation.
