Kink solutions of the classical anisotropic XY chain

We investigate the classical XY model, which is a lattice differential equation on the one-dimensional integer lattice. Depending on an anisotropy parameter γγ and an external transverse field of strength λλ, we prove the existence of stationary and travelling wave kink solutions.
