The results of this research corroborate and echo those of previous studies, even though they do not establish any links with the QWL concept. The new knowledge emerging from this qualitative phenomenological study should allow administrators and policy makers in the healthcare network to better understand this phenomenon as a whole, as well as to encourage the implementation of strategies that will foster QWL among FLNMs based on an organizational humanization perspective.
