État des lieux de la formation et des compétences des enseignants en sciences infirmières en Europe : focus sur la situation de la France

One of the perspectives of this study, beyond the assessment of the current situation, is to show the need for the creation of an academic body of educators-researchers with recognised skills and expertise in the context of European higher education. The issues surrounding the access to university education have indeed been widely demonstrated by Chapuis as being a response to the contemporary challenges of health systems in the world. The work undertaken with this research must be continued in order to put forward recommendations regarding the level of training and skills of nurse educators in Europe.
