Convergence study of the Immersed Domain method for periodic particle configurations

We simulated flow through a simple cubic array of spheres using the Immersed Domain method to estimate errors in the drag force caused by coarse resolution meshes. We found that 10 cells per diameter provides good accuracy in the drag force as well as the flow solution. 221
