Physical therapy treatment is a therapeutically instrument necessary in the management of these patient, because improves the quality of life and physical parameters. Due to the few Spanish researches about the quality of life in AS, and about physical therapy treatment, further trials are necessary. Moreover, the validation of specific quality of life questionnaires in AS is necessary in further studies.
