On the norms of circulant matrices with the Fibonacci and Lucas numbers

Let us define A=[aij] and B=[bij] as n×n matrices, where aij≡F(mod(j−i,n)) and bij≡L(mod(j−i,n)). We find out some bounds for the A and B matrices concerned with the spectral and Euclidean norms.
