Investment Attractiveness and Culture in the Republic of Tatarstan

In the article there is considered a problem of the investment attractiveness of the culture sphere in the case of the Republic of Tatarstan, is analyzed public opinion on the situation in the sphere of culture as the effectiveness indicator of investments.
