CMBR results and dark matter and energy

Since the discovery of the cosmic microwave background (CMB) radiation it has led to most of our quantitative knowledge about cosmology. The first year results of the Wilkinson microwave anisotropy probe have defined the baryonic and dark matter densities of the Universe. The dark energy content is not well determined by the CMB data alone.
