Association of Labor Results and Staff Performance

This article is devoted to the problems of staff labor results estimating on the basis of complex system of indicators and to the development of its modernization proposals versus character of labor force in reproduction processes deployment. Authors have stated a problem to detect correlation between staff labor efficiency and a system of its activity hit ratio estimation indexes in different segments of national economic system.
