The Analysis of Perception of Master Students Regarding the Quality of Educational Services of Bucharest Universities

The objective of this article is to identify and analyze the inputs received from the master students of Bucharest universities regarding the quality of educational services provided. Taking into account that the students are the primary beneficiaries of the services provided, their opinion is very important in order to improve the quality of these Romanian educational services. In order to realize analyze of the primary data collected through the questionnaires should be performed. Therefore, factors like: the educational environment, the study guide, the administrative personnel activity and the secretariat activity should be considered.
