Temperature phase transitions of powder ErFe1−xAlxO3 and ErFe1−xGaxO3 solid solutions

The results of experimental studies of magnetic susceptibility of ErFe1−xAlxO3 and ErFe1−xGaxO3 powder solid solutions are presented in this work. Susceptibility measurements have been carried out using RG Cahn automatic electrobalance and Lake Shore 7225 AC susceptometer/DC magnetometer. Temperatures of a spin reorientation range and a compensation point have been determined. These temperatures depend on concentration (x) of nonmagnetic substitutions in Fe sublattice.
