Comment on Conrad and Kotani

This comment discusses some shortcomings of the recent paper by Conrad and Kotani on the issue of drilling for oil in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge. Specifically examined are the impacts of the oil price model specification, the discount rate and the value of drilling.
