Mode of delivery and risk of stillbirth and infant mortality in triplet gestations: United States, 1995 through 1998

Cesarean delivery of all 3 triplet fetuses is associated with the lowest neonatal and infant mortality rate. Vaginal delivery among triplet gestations should be avoided.
