Osteoradionecrosis of the Skull Base in Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma: Incidence and Risk Factors

The occurrence of skull base ORN was associated with primary tumors with advanced T stages, high doses of nasopharynx RT, and radiation fields that included the skull base. These factors may be used as predictors for the incidence of skull base ORN.
