Bezoar żoÅ‚Ä dka jako przyczyna guza jamy brzusznej u 16-letniej dziewczynki

We present the case of 16-year old girl, who was admitted to hospital with suspicion of abdominal tumor. The bezoar was diagnosed on the base of clinical picture and results of specialistic examinations (CT of abdominal cavity, endoscopy of the upper part of the dimentory tract). The girl was qualified to surgical treatment. In this work we would like to turn the attention to occurrence a few causes in formation of the stomach bezoar. Psychiatric abnormalities and motility disturbances of the upper part of the digestive tract could be the base of disease in our patient.
