Preoperative diagnosis is sometimes very difficult. The authors present the case of 4-year-old girl that presented abdominal pain from 1 month. Intestinal obstruction which was generated by volvulus caused extension of diagnosis and set the right preoperative diagnosis. The complete cystic resection was done in the case of the girl. The postoperative course was not complicated. Nowdays the condition of the girl is good.
