This article presents basic regulations concerning the implementation of immunization of children, both mandatory and recommended. There have been shown doctors' duties in this field, such as the obligation to inform about the compulsory and recommended vaccinations, the obligation of obtaining consent for vaccination. What is more, possible legal consequences that the doctor can face have been highlighted.
