Hipolaktazja typu dorosłych - od podłoża molekularnego do fenotypu
چکیده انگلیسی
Adult type hypolactasia affects most of the world's populations and usually requires reduction of milk and dairy products from diet because of the emerging symptoms of lactose intolerance. The incidence of adult-type hypolactasia is not the same around the world. The highest characterizes the nations in which milk supply in the diet was restricted only to the period of breast-feeding and the smallest those with long tradition of milk consumption. The appearance of phenotype associated with high activity of lactase in adults is explained by the three hypotheses of which the most probable is cultur-historical one. It assumes that positive selection is the underlying cause for this phenomenon. Molecular basis of adult type hypolactasia was explained within past 20 years. Lactase activity after weaning time is determined genetically and is linked to the C/T−13910 lactase gene polymorphisms.
