Overexpression of miR-135b attenuates pathological cardiac hypertrophy by targeting CACNA1C

Our studies revealed that miR-135b is a critical regulator of cardiomyocyte hypertrophy. Our findings may provide a novel strategy for the treatment of cardiac hypertrophy.
