CTNNB1 mutations in basal cell adenoma of the salivary gland

β-catenin immunohistochemistry is very useful for the differential diagnosis between BCA/BCAC and AdCC. CTNNB1 mutations are common in BCA, especially those with tubular or tubulotrabecular patterns.
