Fabrication of bismuth telluride nanoparticles using a chemical synthetic process and their thermoelectric evaluations

► A Bi2Te3 nano-compound was fabricated via a brief chemical synthetic process. ► We adequately sintered the compound to maintain its nanostructure. ► The effect of the nanostructure on the thermoelectric properties were discussed.
