در این مقاله، نتایج حاصل از تحقیق در مورد تأثیر محتوای پالپ سیب زمینی (10، 20، 30٪) در مخلوط با پوسته گندم دور بر مصرف انرژی گلوله گلوله و میزان تولید گلوله های تولید شده (چگالی و دوامی جنبشی به دست آمده) گلوله ها، و همچنین گرمای آنها از احتراق و ارزش کالری) و ترکیب اصلی آنها (جرم خشک، کلر، سدیم، پتاسیم، فسفر و نیتروژن) است. این مقاله همچنین تأثیر فرایند پلت کردن بر تغییرات فعالیت آب مخلوط تراکم شده و گلوله های به دست آمده را نشان می دهد. نتایج حاصل از این تحقیق نشان می دهد که افزودن پالپ سیب زمینی به پوسته گندم خرد شده سبب افزایش مصرف انرژی در گلدان می شود، در حالیکه کاهش افزودن پالپ سیب زمینی تا 20٪ سبب می شود گلوله های با کیفیت بالا (تراکم بالا و دوام جنبشی ) مخلوط آزمایش شده از پوسته گندم سیاه و خمیر سیب زمینی مواد با کیفیت بالا انرژی است.

This paper presents the results of research of the influence of potato pulp content (10, 20, 30%) in a mixture with buckwheat hulls on power consumption of the pellet mill and on the quality of the produced pellets (density and kinetic durability of obtained pellets, as well as their heat of combustion and calorific value), and their elemental composition (dry mass, chlorine, sodium, potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen). The paper also presents the influence of the pelleting process on changes in water activity of the densified mixture and the obtained pellets. The results of the research show that an addition of potato pulp to pelleted buckwheat hulls caused power consumption of the pellet mill, whereas a reduction of the addition of potato pulp of up to 20% allows to obtain high quality pellets (high density and kinetic durability). The tested mixtures of buckwheat hulls and potato pulp are a material of high energy qualities.
