A DICOM viewer with flexible image retrieval to support diagnosis and treatment of scoliosis

► A DICOM viewer extended with the capability for flexible retrieval of spine X-rays is presented. ► This application can assist radiologists in measuring Cobb angles and managing patients' X-rays when treating scoliosis. ► X-rays with similar curvature patterns to a given one can be easily retrieved. ► Doctors can easily establish how flexible the retrieval process should be.
