A hybrid fuzzy MCDM approach for evaluating website quality of professional accounting firms

► This study proposes a fuzzy MCDM framework for evaluating website quality of the CPA firms in Taiwan. ► The top-five criteria are richness, understandability, assurance, relevance, and reliability. ► The results show that “Delitte” website is the best website and that “KPMG” website is the worst one. ► There are still unimproved gaps between users' perceptions and expectations of CPA firm websites.
