An evaluation method for designing a new product-service system

► We suggest an evaluation model for designing a new PSS (Product Service System). ► The model considers two perspectives of service providers as well as customers. ► The proposed model is applied to evaluate the feasibility of designing a car-sharing service (one of use-oriented PSSs). ► The approach will provide a good means of deriving a potentially successful PSS.
