Tiling surfaces with cylinders using n-loops

► Tiling of surfaces by cylinders handling geometrical and topological properties of the surface. ► Optimization approach for effective computation (simulated annealing). ► The good combinatorial properties allows to produce quadrangulations without T-junctions by a small number of quadrangles (using baricentric parameterization for tubular straightening). ► Translation of geometrical details (protrusions) to produce semantic tilings.
